What is coaching?
Regardless of what name it is found under, such as one to one, leadership, or executive coaching, it is a practice where you meet with a coach who advises you on skills that need to be developed and honed, gives situational advice, and acts as a sounding board
How is my coaching different than other coaches?
Coaching with me is a partnership. We work together to create your dream life and business by merging strategy and energetics. As a certified Master Life Coach, I also hold over ten different certifications in Mindset and energetics. When we work together we create a specialized program based on where you are right now in your life and biz and where you want to be. Whether that's 30 days from now, three months from now or six months down the road.
How does coaching work?
After every session, you will receive/agree on an assignment based on your current goal/milestone/challenge. Once you have completed the assignment, you can schedule your next call. However, if you got a new roadblock / challenge whilst completing the assignment, you can schedule your next call (I take coaching calls on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays)

Tranformation Coaching
During the 6-months that we work together in this program we will cover the four levels of transformation:
Level one: Mindset
During this level we spend our time deleting old thought patterns, beliefs and ideas that do not serve your highest good. Using NLP, CBT and actions steps that are in alignment with your goals, you will begin to witness positive shifts in your life and business during this level
Level Two: EmotionDuring this level, we dive deep into healing trauma on all levels of consciousness, awareness, DNA and timelines. You will unlearn emotional patterns that are blocking you experiencing true happiness, fulfillment and abundance
Level three: SpiritualDuring this level, you will learn how to connect with your intuition, create a unique manifestation ritual just for you and facilitate expansion of inner peace, and self love. You will learn, practice and incorporate the energetics required for you to activate unlimited wealth
Level Four: BehaviorDuring this level, you will shift any behavior patterns that have kept you in a cycle of lack, pain, guilt, regret and shame. We will restructure your behavior patterns into a supportive and empowered one.
At any one given time, we may move into any area of transformation that is needed at the time of our call.
